- How do I know a part fits my Grasshopper machine?
- Match the OEM part number stamped on the component — or listed in your machine’s parts diagram — to the number on the listing. Not sure? Call us with your model and the item number on the nameplate and we’ll confirm before you buy.
- When will my order ship?
- Ships in 2–5 business days from our warehouse; special-order parts ship direct from the manufacturer. See the shipping policy.
- What is your return policy?
- Parts shipped from our warehouse can be returned within 10 days of delivery, unopened and in their original packaging. Just contact us first for a return authorization. Some items, such as electrical components, engines, carburetors, gaskets and seals, are final sale. Special-order parts ship direct from the manufacturer and are not returnable, so if you’re unsure about fitment, give us a call before ordering and we’ll gladly check it with you.
